Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your S-kin Studio pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in exchange for store credit or a refund. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original, unworn condition and signature packaging to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry back into its original S-kin Studio pouch and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your eco-friendly mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
