Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
Most of our Gold Filled pieces are tarnish-resistant and water-friendly. However, to maintain the longevity and luster of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before swimming in chlorinated pools or applying perfumes and lotions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping within Australia takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping generally takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange on most items, provided they are in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, all S-kin Studio pieces come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any production defects but does not include general wear and tear, accidental breakage, or improper care.

We recommend gently wiping your pieces with a soft microfiber cloth or a specialized jewelry polishing cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners which can damage the delicate finish of gold-plated items.
